Prepared following the best Italian traditions, Prodal’s pizza is a surprise of taste. It is light and fragrant, with a high crust and rich and inviting toppings. It is easy to prepare: just place it in the oven for a few minutes and it is immediately ready, just the same as if it were freshly baked. Thanks to its versatility, it’s perfect for the most fragrant of ideas.

TOP DOUGH AND INGREDIENTS

In Prodal the selection of raw materials is taken very seriously. Each individual supplier must pass rigid standards that include chemical and physical product analysis, quality control testing, periodic testing and certificates of traceability.

The ingredients are then worked by us according to recipes perfected over the years. Two examples of these are: the flours, critical for the production of our exclusive doughs, and the tomato sauce, prepared only using the highest quality Italian pulp.

LONG LEAVENING TIME

The best way of preparing a great pizza is to leave the dough its natural leavening time.
In fact, digestion, lightness and crispiness all depends on its leavening.

For this reason Prodal, even though it is an industrial setup, does not renounce the traditional methods of long leavening time.
It takes us a little longer, but our pizzas are therefore, highly digestible and tastier.
As good as the pizzaiolo’s.

HAND STRETCHED AND TOPPED

We are not overstating, when we say that we take care of your pizzas. During the most important stages, modern production technology leaves space for expert staffs’ manual know-how.

The stretching of each individual pizza is manually perfected in order to guarantee a high and soft crust. Just as with the toppings, which are hand topped to guarantee maximum attention to detail.

BAKED IN STONE OVENS

The oven that we use produces that of traditional pizzerias. Prodal’s pizzas are baked on refractory stone bases that gradually absorb the heat, with a maximum guarantee of hygiene and quality in the finished product.

QUICK FROZEN

Baked in the oven and immediately quick frozen. All the flavour, taste and consistency of our pizzas remain intact thanks to immediate freezing.

Freezing is the best method of safeguarding the products’ quality and ensuring a long shelf-life. In this way we can guarantee a shelf life of 12 months.

For the fresh range, we use MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging ) in order to guarantee maximum product preservation.

DISTRIBUTED EVERYWHERE

Our factory can guarantee delivery of pizzas within 36 hours throughout Italy (excluding the Islands).
